Ongoing from 2024 to 2025, this project delivers a turnkey perishable goods distribution center for a leading supermarket chain in Guatemala. It integrates ammonia (NH₃) and glycol-based refrigeration, insulated construction, bakery air cooling, and advanced logistics infrastructure to centralize production, storage, and distribution for a leading supermarket chain. Designed under BIM and PMI standards, it ensures compliance, energy efficiency, and scalable cold chain operations.
