Project Overview
Completed on 2025 this turnkey project delivered a refrigerated cross-docking facility at Cartagena’s port, expanding operational capacity by 50%. It integrates cooler, freezer, staging area including automated docking systems, with continuous temperature-controlled logistics infrastructure to meet stringent sanitary and customs regulations. Executed under BIM (Building Information Modeling) and PMI (Project Managment Institute) standards, it ensured seamless integration within an active port environment without disrupting operations.

Three multi-temperature chambers down to -13°F with validated airtightness.
Eight refrigerated loading docks with hydraulic levelers and rapid roll-up doors.
R507-based refrigeration for pre-cooling (33° F to 48°F), chilled (32°F), and frozen (-13°F).
